Two weeks of growing my sourdough starter and it grew MOLD! I was shocked. I'm not really sure why. Maybe contamination? I read a troubleshooting website and that seemed to be a possibility. I'm so sad though. I feel like this week things ended up being a little depressing. I forgot to get a picture of the molded starter too.
